Each Cloud Server includes dedicated vCPU cores, RAM, bandwidth allowance, DDoS protection, monitoring, firewall, and 24/7 support. Public IPs and storage are priced separately based on usage.
We operate Tier III data centers in Nairobi (Kenya), Lagos (Nigeria), and Dar es Salaam (Tanzania), providing low-latency connectivity across East and West Africa. All facilities feature N+1 power redundancy, 24/7 security, DDoS protection, and a 99.99% uptime SLA for multi-AZ deployments. You can choose storage sizes from 1 GB to 16 TB. The default storage type is Network Universal SSD (balanced performance at 0.253/GB/month).YoucanalsochooseNetworkBasicHDD(0.15/GB) or Network Fast SSD ($0.425/GB). Linux typically needs 10 GB minimum, while Windows requires at least 32 GB.
Windows Server instances include an additional licensing fee on top of the base server and storage costs. Windows Server 2022 Standard adds $21.02/month. Windows also requires a minimum of 32 GB storage.
Instances are billed per-second with a 1-minute minimum. Total cost = compute price + storage (size x price per GB). Stopped instances are not charged for compute, only storage. Reserved instances offer up to 40% discount.
Yes. You can resize to a different instance type with a brief reboot. You can also adjust storage size independently. Data is preserved during resize operations.
