Lineserve provides cloud infrastructure and messaging services including:

  • Virtual Private Servers (VPS)
  • Managed databases
  • Object and block storage
  • SMS and messaging services
  • Networking and security services
  • Related APIs and tools

3. Account Registration​

3.1 Account Creation​

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent
  • One person or entity may maintain only one account

3.2 Account Verification​

  • We may require identity verification
  • Business accounts may require additional documentation
  • We reserve the right to suspend unverified accounts

4. Acceptable Use Policy​

4.1 Permitted Uses​

You may use our services for lawful purposes including:

  • Web hosting and applications
  • Data storage and backup

4.2 Prohibited Uses​

You may not use our services for:

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Performance may vary based on usage and location

6. Billing and Payments​

6.1 Pricing​

  • Current pricing is available on our website
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice
  • Usage-based billing is calculated in real-time
  • All prices exclude applicable taxes

6.2 Payment Terms​

  • Payment is due immediately upon service usage
  • We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and mobile money
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension
  • Refunds are provided according to our refund policy

6.3 Billing Disputes​

  • Billing disputes must be reported within 60 days
  • We will investigate all legitimate disputes
  • Service may continue during dispute resolution
  • Fraudulent disputes may result in account termination

7. Data and Privacy​

7.1 Data Ownership​

  • You retain ownership of your data
  • We do not claim ownership of customer content
  • You grant us license to process data as necessary

  • Material changes require 30 days notice

10. Termination​

10.1 Termination by You​

  • You may terminate your account at any time
  • Data export tools are available before termination
  • Final billing will be processed
  • Some data may be retained for legal compliance

10.2 Termination by Us​

We may terminate accounts for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Illegal or harmful activities
  • Extended inactivity
  • Business reasons with notice

10.3 Effect of Termination​

  • Service access will be immediately revoked
  • Data may be deleted after a grace period
  • Outstanding fees remain due
  • Survival clauses will remain in effect

11. Limitation of Liability​

11.1 Service Limitations​

  • Services are provided "as is" without warranties
  • We disclaim all warranties, express or implied
  • No guarantee of merchantability or fitness
  • Your use is at your own risk

11.2 Liability Limits​

  • Our liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months

12. Indemnification​

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lineserve from:

  • Violations of these Terms

  • These Terms are governed by Kenyan law
  • Disputes will be resolved in Kenyan courts
  • International customers may have additional rights

14. Force Majeure​

15.3 Assignment​
