Profile Settings

Manage your personal and company profile settings in your Lineserve account.

Personal Information

You can update your personal information at any time:

  1. Go to Account > Profile
  2. Update your name, email, phone number, or password
  3. Click Save Changes

If you change your email address, you'll need to verify it before the change takes effect.

Company Details

Your company information is used for billing and compliance purposes:

  1. Navigate to Account > Company
  2. Update your company name, registration number, and address
  3. Upload any required legal documents
  4. Click Save Changes
caution

Ensure your company information is accurate, as it appears on invoices and may be required for compliance with local regulations.

Notification Preferences

Control how you receive notifications from Lineserve:

  1. Go to Account > Notifications
  2. Select your preferences for:
    • Service updates
    • Billing notifications
    • Security alerts
    • Marketing communications
  3. Click Save Preferences

Two-Factor Authentication

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced security:

  1. Navigate to Account > Security
  2. Click Enable Two-Factor Authentication
  3. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app
  4. Enter the verification code
  5. Save your backup codes in a secure location

If you lose access to your authenticator app and backup codes, account recovery may take several days.
