Billing

Manage your payment methods, view invoices, and understand Lineserve's billing system.

Pricing Model

Lineserve offers flexible pricing based on your messaging needs:

Payment Methods

You can add and manage multiple payment methods:

  1. Go to Billing > Payment Methods
  2. Click Add Payment Method
  3. Choose between Credit Card, PayPal, or Bank Transfer
  4. Enter the required details
  5. Set your default payment method
tip

For recurring payments, we recommend setting up auto-recharge to ensure uninterrupted service.

Credits System

Lineserve uses a credit system for messaging:

  • Credits are purchased in advance
  • Different services consume different amounts of credits
  • Credits never expire for active accounts

To add credits:

  1. Navigate to Billing > Buy Credits
  2. Select the credit package or enter a custom amount
  3. Complete the payment process

Invoices and Receipts

All billing documents are available in your account:

  1. Go to Billing > Invoices
  2. View or download any invoice
  3. Filter by date range or status
caution

If your account has unpaid invoices older than 30 days, messaging services may be suspended.

Tax Information

For proper tax documentation:

  1. Navigate to Billing > Tax Information
  2. Enter your VAT/Tax ID number
  3. Save your tax information to ensure correct invoicing
