# Networking

> Public networking, VPCs, and traffic controls for Cloud Servers.

Cloud Servers include public IPv4 with optional IPv6, plus private VPC networking for isolation.

## Core networking features

* Public IPv4 and IPv6 (availability varies by region).
* Private VPC networks with security groups and firewall rules.
* NAT gateway and site-to-site VPN support.
* Load balancing with L4/L7 support and health checks.

## Traffic and bandwidth

* Inbound traffic is always free.
* Outbound traffic is included per instance size (example: 1 TB for m6i.small).
* Additional outbound traffic is billed at \$8.97/TB in the international (USD) region.
